iPhone firmware 2.2 ready in 10 days away?

According to iPhoneHellas.gr, the iPhone 2.2 firmware will become available on November 21st . 

Some of the other features of the iPhone OS v2.2 are:

  • New look for the Safari with the Google search bar now occupying its own space on the title bar
  • Add toggle On / Off to disable the auto-correction (iPhone v2.2 beta1).
  •  Japanese emoji icons (iPhone v2.2 beta1).
  • Support for new languages.
  • The Line-in audio is activated and can be used through the headphone jack.
  • New features of Maps.app:
    • Google Street View
    • Google Transit information - Routes public transport 
    • Walking directions 
    • Location sharing.
  • Added the possibility for direct downloading of podcasts from the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store

How to Pair Your iPhone 3G Bluetooth Device

You have to put both your Bluetooth device and the iPhone in “pairing mode”. 
  1. Set your Bluetooth device to discoverable.
  2. Tap Settings/General/Bluetooth, and Make sure that ‘Bluetooth’ is set to “ON” and not “OFF”. 
  3. It will ask you for a passkey. You are be ready to use the Bluetooth device with your iPhone.

J.D. Power and Associates has ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction among business wireless smartphone users, according to the J.D.
